B.o.d. Incubator

BOD Incubators are double walled convection heated units. Outer body of our incubators are constructed out of thick PCRC sheet duly pre-treated with primers and rust proofing and painted with long lasting stove enamel or elegantly powder coated.. The inner chamber is made of heavy gauge stainless steel sheet of SS-304 grade. The gap between the walls is filled high grade mineral glass wool, which ensures maximum thermal efficiency in our bod incubators. The unit is provided with two doors , the inner door is made of thick plexi glass/float glass, to view the specimens without disturbing the temperature of the chamber. This door is provided with magnetic door closer. The outer door is made of mild steel sheet lined with stainless steel from inside.. This door is provided with lock and key arrangement. The unit is mounted on a sturdy steel frame and provided with cator wheels for easy movement inside the laboratory. The unit is provided with three stainless steel shelves. The triple walled back of our bod incubators are provided with two air circulation fans for uniform maintenance of the temperature throughout the chamber.

Muffle Furnace

Our range of muffle furnace are best suitable for the laboratories and in various experiments. Muffle furnace is light weight with ceramic fiber wool insulation (instead of brick insulation). Some of the features of muffle furnace are as follows:
• The outer casing is made of double walled thick PCRC sheet, reattached with thick perforated sheet on the bottom portion, painted with attractive stove enamel/powder coated. • Its heating elements are made of KANTHAL wire and backed by high temperature ceramic wool insulation, which avoid loss of energy. • Temperature control unit consists of energy regulator, fitted in front of furnace with two pilot lamps. • The apparatus is complete with one pyrometer, thermocouple, silver thermal fuse, main lead with power plug. • To work on 220/ 230 volts AC, the energy regulator dial is arbitrarily marked 0-100 position. This marking does not indicate temperature. It indicates control level i.e. at position '100' maximum electricity is allowed to flow to furnace. At position 'a' minimum electricity is flow to furnace. • The maximum temp, is 950°C and working temp. 900X. • Rectangular shape wounded muffle baked at high temperature is fitted inside the chamber.
